Overview

Frances Lynch is an Arizona State Bar Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death—a distinguished honor awarded by the State Bar of Arizona’s Board of Legal Specialization to attorneys who meet rigorous standards of knowledge, experience, professionalism, and ethics. A graduate of The University of Arizona College of Law and the nationally recognized Trial Lawyers College, Frances has tried numerous jury cases and successfully represented clients in courtrooms across Arizona. She served as lead counsel on an injury case that received the highest jury verdict in Pima County in 2021. Throughout her career, she has devoted herself to protecting the rights of individuals and to educating non-lawyers about the judicial system.

Frances and her law partner, Bill Bache, founded Bache & Lynch in 2002 after working together at another Arizona law firm. A strong believer in client education, she takes the time to ensure clients understand their legal rights. She has taught Media Law at the University of Arizona’s School of Journalism and authored Draw The Line: Guide to a Sexual Harassment Free Workplace (Oasis Press, 1995). She is a contributing author to World of Criminal Justice (2001), Encyclopedia of Everyday Law (2002), Notable Black American Women (2002), and West’s Encyclopedia of American Law (2004), all published by The Gale Group. Since 2017, she has written for The Advocate, the magazine of the Arizona Association for Justice, she frequently speaks and teaches Continuing Legal Education for that organization at both the local and state levels. An early adopter of technology, Frances integrates modern tools into her practice every day. Her work is focused exclusively on serious personal injury and wrongful death matters.

I would definitely recommend Bache Lynch Goldsmith & Mendoza to represent you after an accident. They immediately advised me of my rights, and advised me not to settle my medical claim just 2 days after my accident. The other person’s insurance adjuster was very pushy on the medical claim. They were calling me every day. Wanting my permission to close my medical claim with a ridiculously low dollar amount. I didn’t even know the extent of my injuries! It was very stressful for me. Bache Lynch Goldsmith & Mendoza were very thorough. They really were very concerned for my well being and my recovery. They were in constant contact with me, addressed all my concerns, and answered all my questions. They let me focus on my recovery.
