The Review Process

After our experienced paralegals have completed your intake, your information will be reviewed by our attorneys. They will carefully consider the facts of your case, the applicable law, and whether we’re in a position to provide you with effective representation. This evaluation process ensures that we only take on cases where we believe we can make a real difference.

Once our attorneys have completed their review, we will be in touch with you. If we determine that we can assist you, we will explain what comes next and how we will work together moving forward. Conflict Check Information

Before we can move forward, our firm is required to conduct a conflict check to ensure we can ethically represent you. This means we need to identify all parties involved in your dispute or matter. Please be prepared to provide the following information about each party:

For each individual involved, please provide:

• Full legal name
• Current address and contact information
• Their role in the dispute (e.g., opposing party, co-defendant, witness)
• Whether they are represented by an attorney (and if so, the attorney’s name and firm, if known)

For each business or organization involved, please provide:

• Full legal name of the business entity
• Type of entity (e.g., LLC, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership)
• Principal place of business and contact information
• Names of key principals, owners, or officers involved in the dispute
• Whether the business is represented by counsel (and if so, the attorney’s name and firm, if known)

This information will be used solely to identify any potential conflicts of interest and will remain confidential. If no conflict is found, we will move forward with scheduling your full intake. If a conflict exists, we will notify you promptly so you may seek representation elsewhere.
